Early to Bed, Early to Rise

I go to bed at around 10:00 pm (which is considered early for some), and I've been rising naturally, with no alarm clock, at 4:30 am.  My husband and I head to the gym at around 7:30 am.  The time between the time I rise and the time we go to the gym is excellent for working on my fanfic because when we're done exercising and having breakfast, it's time for me to work. (I'm paid to be a ghostwriter.)

 

I've posted chapter 3 of my BLAZE series, Book 1.  I post a new chapter on the weekends, either Saturday or Sunday.

I think it's important to get more sleep as we grow older. I used to say, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." But I don't say that anymore. I feel much better with enough sleep. I don't need eight hours, but if I only get, say, four hours, that's not good for me. I need at least six.
